Great experiences so far!

I just got my second order and almost everything was perfect. The only thing wrong was a bag of chocolate coconut bites that were melted. I contacted customer service and the immediately resolved this issue! Also, the shipping is a lot faster than expected, it was even delivered on Sunday (today)!

I love Thrive Market

I love Thrive Market. As a vegan, I make my meals from scratch and need high quality, organic pantry staples to prepare recipes. I fill my pantry will my needed staples from Thrive. Thrive has been adding more and more vegan options. They just added plant-based frozen meals. I don’t usually consume premade meals or faux “meat” per say, But I decided to try it. The meals arrived frozen and packaged perfectly in dry ice. Nothing defrosted or leaked. I tried one meal so far and it was delicious. I love Thrive.

Don't do it... expensive membership and no return policy

Based on a youtuber's recommendation I signed up for a 1 year membership at $59.95 and placed a small order (snacks and pet food).
The delivery was fast. Placed an order on Sat and received it on Mon, 2 days later.
I was not happy with the items - a case of pet food that my pets will not eat, snacks are small portions and not tasty and cooking oils that do not state how they're processed.
The problem is their return policy. CS rep, George, told me to donate the items to a local food bank but they WOULD NOT issue a refund. I got upset that they do not accept returns (which I did not know prior to ordering) and their policy of telling customers what to do with the items without willing to accept any returns nor issue refunds. Not acceptable! When I asked to speak to a supervisor, George promptly disconnected our chat.
Read the fine print before signing up or ordering from them. With no return policy, you're taking a risk when you place an order from them.

I had an issue on my first delivery…

I had an issue on my first delivery which is never a good sign.
I contacted Thrive, and all was good there.
I contacted Laser Ship.
The issue should be resolved, so let's try another order.

Their products are son great they run out of stock super fast! Restocking can take some time, but totally worth the extra time

Good products, fair price

Thrive has a lot of good organic products at a fair price. Their packaging needs some improvement because sometimes the containers are damaged causing contents to them to leak.

Not what I expected

When I was trying to build my first box I was realizing that the prices were high. Higher than I would pay. I then went to a big box store and discovered that the box store prices were lower on the same things I was putting in my box. I was really wanting Thrive Market to work.

Thrive Market Member of Years!

Thrive Market has always been a fantastic company to work with and I've very rarely had issues, but when there were, Thrive Market customer service was always ready, willing, and able to solve those problems. Their products are wonderful, their selection is always growing, and shipments arrive quickly. I recommend Thrive Market to anyone, especially those with dietary needs that are looking for great prices and a wholesome company to shop through.

Membership is $75 annually but it is less for families who qualify and they donate membership for those in extreme need. I don't know what that limit is. Just the fact they do this is amazing.

I use a supplement called sleep remedy. Thrive does not offer it yet. I hope they will soon. Its only available online.

How could they charge you unless you entered in your payment information? The only time they ask for payment information is when one signs up for a Thrive Market membership (Thrive Market is an online discount shopping club.) and when one makes a purchase. Are you sure you ONLY signed up for emails? Or did you sign up for a club membership? In any case, the question / answer forum is the incorrect place for making such claims. There is NOTHING we can do about such things. Instead, I recommend contacting Thrive Market (They offer online chat support 24/7 at www.ThriveMarket.com. ) and explain the situation to them. They have super awesome customer service. I am confident that they will investigate the matter and assist you with your concerns and confusion.
